Face to Face
These are 60 minute, in person sessions at my home address.
They usually will take place at the same time each week but there can be some flexibility should your other commitments need considering.
Cost is £40.00 per session payable prior to the session either by bank transfer or in cash. Bank details will be given if you decide to start regular sessions.
An introductory free half hour session is always offered for new clients.
Telephone
These are 60 minute sessions either to your mobile or landline phone. As with face to face sessions these too will usually take place at the same time each week. Therefore, you need to ensure that you can be somewhere private where you will not be overheard or disturbed each time that a session is arranged.

Online
I use Google Meet, these sessions are for 50 minutes and again will be scheduled for the same time each week. If you have not used google meet previously, I will provide information on how to access the meetings. As with the telephone sessions you need to ensure that you can be somewhere private where you will not be overheard or disturbed each time that a session is arranged.
Due to the shorter time length Cost is £35.00 per session payable before the session begins by bank transfer. Bank details will be given if you decide to start regular sessions.
An introductory free half hour session is available using Google Meet to see if you are still comfortable with this medium before starting regular sessions.
